A former office, once a maze of partitions and hallways, transformed into a luminous home overflowing with classical beauty.
The main idea was to restore this property in central Madrid to its former classical splendor, ensuring the faithful replacement of noble materials such as the damaged plasterwork and parquet flooring.
Portions of the project were reworked several times to source the perfect materials. The living room is defined by the uniqueness of its curved wall, which features three balconies with large glass doors.
The furniture is a blend of heirloom pieces combined with English and Provençal styles. In the kitchen, the most original detail is the sash window located right next to the breakfast table.
The spacious master bedroom includes its own seating area, as well as an en-suite bathroom, vanity, and walk-in closet. Here, the classical touch comes from the material: Carrara marble, which seems to polish the stunning natural light.
